Established in October 2018, Sidebar is wine store and bar located in the heart of Sandringham.

We offer a range of high quality wines that have been meticulously selected by our very own Sommelier; Rod Morris.

Rod has over 20 years experience in the fine dining scene across Melbourne, most recently placed at the two hatted Grossi Florentino!

We have recently launched an online store offering free delivery across Bayside for orders of $50 or more. There are also a number of case deals currently being offered for 25% off.

We have also applied to Bayside City Council with plans extend the bars current operations to include a wine tasting/ private dining room as well as a beer garden/ courtyard.

The talented Joe Grbac from SAXE (one hatted) is making us fresh gnocchi, terrines and parfait weekly for you to be able to enjoy at home. Joe’s resume includes; working under Philip Howard at two Michelin starred restaurant ‘The Square’ in London and Gordon Ramsay’s three Michelin starred ‘Royal Hospital Road’. Closer to home, Joe was head chef at George Calombaris’ two-hatted restaurant ‘The Press Club’ and co-owned two-hatted ‘Saint Crispin’.
